About the role:The International Traffic Business Analyst will support the International Incoming Voice business unit in ensuring seamless interconnect operations. This role involves coordination with internal and external stakeholders, traffic monitoring, fraud detection, revenue assurance, and billing accuracy. The candidate will play a key role in analyzing international traffic trends and optimizing processes to maximize revenue while minimizing risk.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

Interconnect Operations & Coordination:

·Collaborate with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Finance, and Technology or with LDI operators (if required) to ensure accurate pre-payment recording and reconciliation with accounts.

·Maintain oversight of Interconnect LDI contracts and assist in audits and operational activities.

Traffic Monitoring & Analysis:

·Monitor and report international incoming traffic daily, raising tickets for any major variances with source system teams.

·Conduct focused reviews of international traffic trends to identify revenue/cost leakages and fraud incidents.

Revenue Assurance & Billing Management:

·Ensure correct and timely invoicing of international incoming revenues with minimal variance.

·Address billing disputes raised by LDI operators and follow up on delayed invoices.

Fraud Prevention & Risk Mitigation:

·Monitor interconnect bypass fraud and take preventive and corrective actions.

·Coordinate with technology teams, system owners, and stakeholders to block revenue leakages and implement fraud prevention solutions.

Forecasting & Business Insights:

·Assist in preparing forecasts for international incoming traffic to secure sufficient prepayments and ensure uninterrupted traffic flow.

·Predict traffic trends for special events and peak seasons to optimize revenue.

Process Compliance & Automation:

·Support execution of internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory/compliance standards.

·Explore automation opportunities to enhance efficiency in interconnect operations.

What we're looking for:

Education:

· Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Telecom, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work experience: 6 months to 1 years of experience in Telcom domain.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

·Basic understanding of the telecom industry and interconnect business.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

·Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools (preferred but not mandatory).

·Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

·Strong time management and organizational skills.
