This role is primarily field-based and requires strong engagement with workers, communities, and relevant stakeholders. The Paralegal will provide legal aid, investigate labour rights violations, and support advocacy efforts to promote workers' rights in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and document workers' complaints and assist in labour-related cases.
  • Conduct daily legal aid sessions.
  • Build trust with workers while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the supervising organisation on labour rights advocacy.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree (preferably in Law).
  • Knowledge of labour laws and workers' rights.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in legal aid, paralegal work, or labour rights advocacy.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work with diverse communities.
