Role Summary:

Responsible for handling initial client inquiries, gathering essential case details, and qualifying potential personal injury claims for attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from potential clients.
  • Collect detailed accident and injury information using an intake script.
  • Input client information into the case management system (e.g., Clio, Filevine).
  • Schedule consultations for qualified leads with the attorney or paralegal.
  • Perform conflict checks to avoid conflicts of interest.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and client confidentiality standards.
  • Experience with CRM or legal case management software.
