Role Summary:
Responsible for handling initial client inquiries, gathering essential case details, and qualifying potential personal injury claims for attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from potential clients.
- Collect detailed accident and injury information using an intake script.
- Input client information into the case management system (e.g., Clio, Filevine).
- Schedule consultations for qualified leads with the attorney or paralegal.
- Perform conflict checks to avoid conflicts of interest.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and client confidentiality standards.
- Experience with CRM or legal case management software.
