Job Description
- Drive incremental orders, ensure retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with GMV Class A & B Vendors, with a focus on optimizing business performance, growth, and enhancing their experience.
- Train restaurant staff, collaborate with operations/owners to improve menu displays, share reports, and work with marketing teams to create promotions/events and optimize performance.
- Identify and implement new value-add initiatives, proactively find solutions, such as establishing 2 exclusive partnerships with key accounts, offline or on foodpanda, with targeted monthly growth as a main KPI.
- Ensure DL photography of top key accounts.
- Handle deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
- Monitor logistics performance daily/weekly.
- Reduce issue or fail rates.
- Work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, develop tactical plans, manage risks, issues, blockers, and actions.
- Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
- Maintain visibility and report progress to management.
- Perform additional tasks/projects as needed.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in account management or directorship.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in delivering presentations and business reviews.
- Knowledge of food operations and costing.
