We are looking for a junior to mid-level Digital Marketing & Media Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, creative, and data-savvy individual with hands-on experience in managing social media pages, running digital ad campaigns (Meta, Amazon PPC, and other e-commerce platforms), and creating engaging content (creatives and videos) on demand.

You will be responsible for managing, creating, and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon PPC, and other e-commerce platforms. Set up and monitor A/B tests, custom audiences, and retargeting campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and ROI to improve campaign effectiveness.
  2. Creative Development: Create social media graphics, banners, reels, and short-form videos (on demand only). Collaborate with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to produce high-quality content. Ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging.
  3. Platform Management: Manage digital campaigns across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Temu. Optimize product listings and ad placements to increase visibility and conversion.
  4. Reporting & Optimization: Track key KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and social media.
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, and PPC platforms.
  • Strong content creation skills – both design (images, banners) and video editing.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or video editors (is a plus).
