GMS is looking for a seasoned Project Manager who possesses experience in managing complex telecommunications projects for mobile network operators worldwide.

What you'll do
  • Develop project passports and project milestones for the successful launch of new commercial projects.
  • Track budgets, project deliverables, and manage risks effectively.
  • Build cross-functional teams, coordinate teams through the project pipelines, and drive their performance.
  • Negotiate with partners globally and ensure their engagement in projects.
  • Report to the project stakeholders regularly throughout the project life cycle.
  • Manage changes during projects by guiding communication and helping teams adapt. Identify opportunities to improve processes within project workflows and team collaboration.
What we expect
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing complex projects working with international or multicultural teams.
  • Proven track record in the Telecommunications industry will be a strong plus.
  • University degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • PMI certification will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Skilled in using data analysis to support decision-making.
