IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Drive strategic business growth by identifying and executing new revenue opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and market expansions. Align cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance and achieve long-term growth.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities that align with corporate growth objectives. Ensure successful integration and synergy realization post-transaction to drive long-term value creation.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and potential threats. Utilize insights to develop proactive strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and implement strategies for expansion into new markets, products, and customer segments. Drive revenue growth through innovation, diversification, and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with Corporate Strategy, Transformation, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned and executed effectively. Foster interdepartmental collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and strategic execution.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, track performance against business objectives, and adjust strategies based on market feedback and data-driven insights. Ensure continuous improvement in execution methodologies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Social, Management Science or Professional Certifications ACCA/CA Finalist

Competencies:

  • Telecom industry dynamics, M&A frameworks, Market Research methodologies.
  • Business Acumen, Financial Modeling, Negotiation, Stakeholder Management.
