About the Division:

Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and "Best Corporate Performance".

With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. What you will do?

SAP SD, VMS (Sales & Distribution and Vehicle Management System) Consultant responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SD and VMS modules, ensuring smooth Sales & Distribution and Vehicle Management System processes within our client's SAP landscape.

This role requires close interaction with business stakeholders, Technical Consultants, SM SAP & HOIT to ensure that production and Vehicle Management System processes are optimized, while ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP SD and VMS Configuration and Implementation:
• Design, configure, and implement SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Vehicle Management System (VMS) modules in alignment with business requirements.
• Manage the integration of SD and VMS with other SAP modules (FICO, MM, EWM, SD, QM, PP, VMS).
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis for SD and VMS business processes.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in Sales & Distribution and Vehicle Management System areas.
• Design solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize costs.
• Customization and Enhancement:
• Configure and customize the SAP system to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments in SAP SD and VMS modules as per the company & group standards.
• User Support and Training:
• Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to ensure effective use of SAP SD and VMS systems.
• Resolve day-to-day support issues, troubleshooting SAP system problems related to SD and VMS.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Prepare test cases, conduct system testing, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Ensure that the implemented system complies with Vehicle Management System standards and practices.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including business users & IT team.

Education / Qualifications:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP SD & VMS Certification (SAP S4HANA)

Experience & Skills:

• Proven & relevant experience in implementing and configuring SAP SD and VMS modules (minimum 3-5 years of experience).
• Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution processes and Vehicle Management System practices.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (MM, FICO, PM, PP, EWM etc.).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Well managed & pro-active work behaviors
• Automobile's SAP Implementation experience preferred

Performance Indicators:

• Delivery against SAP support scope implemented across the IT function (Local and Group)
• Compliance with Group and local SLAs for ERP user requests
• Overall Compliance with Application SLAs
• IT Security Audit compliance with SOPs and enforcement of SODs in SAP systems
