We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual for the Ecommerce Management Project to join our dynamic team at Chohan Tower, Jail Road, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be a mature professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in managing sales projects, preferably within an online environment. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the complete lifecycle of sales projects, from initial setup to execution and evaluation.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to project planning, office building, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and support strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in R&D, vendor dealing, product finalisation, sales, and customer support.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Oversee product QA (Quality Assurance) processes to maintain high standards of product excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record (minimum 7 years) of successful project management in sales and customer services, preferably in an online environment.
  • Strong experience in market analysis, project setup, and customer satisfaction strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of the effective use of AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and decision-making.
  • UK-based experience preferred.
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems proactively, and drive projects to successful completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs120,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
