We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to contribute to our rapid growth. This role requires a keen ability to identify and nurture relationships with large accounts within the ecommerce space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive lead generation and identify potential clients, focusing on key sectors such as restaurants, food brands, and retail companies through various channels including LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and field visits.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel using systems like Notion, HubSpot, and Pipedrive to track opportunities and ensure consistent engagement with prospects.
  • Conduct discovery calls to gain an in-depth understanding of client needs and requirements, thereby tailoring solutions that meet their specific challenges.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities virtually or in-person to effectively showcase the benefits of our ecommerce solutions.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to formulate customized proposals and pricing strategies that align with client expectations.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve established sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate reporting in the CRM and provide regular updates to management on sales progress and notable successes.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to promote renewals, upselling opportunities, and referrals.
  • Stay informed about ecommerce trends and develop personal skills in sales strategies and market research.
