
Senior Sales Executive

Dukan is at the forefront of empowering ecommerce businesses, specifically in the food, fashion, and retail sectors, by providing state-of-the-art websites and mobile applications. Our platform is designed to assist local and regional brands in seamlessly transitioning to digital platforms, allowing them to scale their operations quickly and retain ownership of their customer data. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our rapid growth. This role requires a keen ability to identify and nurture relationships with large accounts within the ecommerce space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS or tech sectors. While this position does not involve team management, it demands an individual who is self-motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and can operate independently to meet challenging sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and identify potential clients, focusing on key sectors such as restaurants, food brands, and retail companies through various channels including LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel using systems like Notion, HubSpot, and Pipedrive to track opportunities and ensure consistent engagement with prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls to gain in-depth understanding of client needs and requirements, thereby tailoring solutions that meet their specific challenges.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, either virtually or in-person, to effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of our ecommerce solutions.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to formulate customized proposals and pricing strategies that align with client expectations and budget considerations.
- Manage the proposal lifecycle by sharing business proposals, following up diligently, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve established sales targets.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting in the CRM, maintaining oversight on the pipeline stages, and providing regular updates to management on sales progress, challenges, and notable successes.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients to promote renewals, upselling opportunities, and referrals, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in ecommerce and digital platforms while continuing to develop personal skills in sales strategies and market research.
- Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in sales processes and client engagement, contributing insights that could lead to enhanced team performance and client experiences.
