Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recovery Officer located in Quetta. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, contacting customers to remind them of outstanding payments, and negotiating payment terms. Key duties include analyzing financial information, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure effective resolution of payment issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in Debt Collection and Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in a related field is a plus
