Overview: ABM Info Tech is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Information Management Consultant to join our team. This role is designed for professionals with strong expertise in Information Management Solutions, particularly in the domains of Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery, Replication, High Availability Clustering, and Data Archiving. As an Information Management Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to provide consultancy, implementation, and support services for enterprise-level information management products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading solutions like Veritas, Microsoft, Symantec/Broadcom, Forcepoint, Fortinet, Sophos, Tenable, and TrendMicro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting and Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design customized Information Management solutions tailored to their business needs.
• Deployment and Implementation: Deploy and implement Information Management products and solutions including backup, recovery, disaster recovery, high availability, and data archiving.
• Support Services: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, ensuring efficient system performance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver product presentations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest product releases, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve service offerings and delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in providing consultancy, implementation, and support for Information Management solutions, with a focus on Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery, Replication, High Availability Clustering, and Data Archiving.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience with MS Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in deploying and supporting solutions from leading vendors such as Veritas, Microsoft, Symantec/Broadcom, Forcepoint, Fortinet, Sophos, Tenable, TrendMicro, etc.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery strategies, backup technologies, data replication, and high availability clustering.
• Certifications: A diversified portfolio of recognized IM product/technology certifications, with preference given to candidates holding certifications in Veritas Netbackup, BackupExec, EV, InfoScale, and related products.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in designing and deploying enterprise-level backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of data archiving, high availability clustering, and replication.
• Experience working with cloud-based and on-premise data protection solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
