The Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS) is the leading unit of its type in Pakistan, recognised regionally and internationally for the relevance, quality and extent of its work in support of public health and the development of primary health care systems. It comprises five major operational sections: Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Health Policy & Management, Population & Reproductive Health, Environmental Health, and Non-Communicable Diseases & Mental Health.

Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Driver, Department of Community Health Sciences.
Responsibilities- display due care and consideration for staff and faculty traveling to field sites.
- contribute towards PHC team activities
- ensure strict compliance with the uniform code by keeping the uniform clean & tidy
- remain updated on the geographical situation of Karachi and interior Sindh
- conduct minor repairs, if required, and report to the Supervisor immediately
- comply with traffic rules & regulations
- drive for Dignitaries/Senior Management of Dept./University and on Special occasions.
- conduct proper cleaning and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
- any other task as assigned by the Supervisor.
You should have:
- middle pass preferably Matriculation
- a valid driving license
- a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience
- ability to maintain high standard of driving
- knowledge of traffic regulations and city locations
- basic knowledge of vehicle repairs/maintenance
- ability to read and write basic English & Urdu
- fluency in spoken Urdu, English will be treated as an asset
- physically fit to drive for long hours.
