Medical College Leader

We seek an experienced medical leader to oversee our Medical College in Sukkur. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for medical education and institutional growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction aligned with the institution's vision and mission.
  • Manage academic, administrative, and financial functions effectively.
  • Plan, conduct, and follow accreditation visits by regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant professional and academic standards.
  • Establish effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the institution in regulatory authorities, policy staff, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications
  • A professor with Level III qualification in medical sciences (FCPS, PhD).
  • MPhil/MS in the relevant subject.
  • At least 10 years of teaching experience as Professor.
  • Prior experience as Principal or Dean highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation requirements, regulations, and health regulatory bodies.
  • Visionary leadership and complex academic/administrative staff management.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in academic and administrative processes.
