Join our flagship Digital Champions Program— a transformative initiative empowering 60 female frontline health workers (FLWs) to become confident digital storytellers and community influencers for polio awareness and women's empowerment.

We're blending storytelling, behavior change, and mentorship into a first-of-its-kind model — and we're looking for a mentor who inspires confidence, not just teaches content.

As the Digital Content Mentor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and co-delivering a 4-day digital storytelling training in Karachi (covering video creation, safety, captions, platforms).
  2. Mentoring 60 FLWs through a structured 6-month journey via WhatsApp groups and Zoom.
  3. Sharing weekly content examples, providing feedback on FLW stories, and encouraging creative expression in Urdu/Roman Urdu.
  4. Helping frontline women amplify their voices on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
  5. Contributing to project reporting, mentor scorecards, and success story documentation.

Ideal candidates should be:

  • A practicing digital creator or influencer with a portfolio (Reels, Shorts, captions, mobile videos).
  • Fluent in content coaching, especially for first-time social media users.
  • Passionate about women's rights, health, and impactful storytelling.
  • Excellent at mentoring via WhatsApp/Zoom, with patience and energy to guide 60 first-generation digital users.
  • Fluent in Urdu and/or Roman Urdu.
