Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive incremental orders, ensure retention, exclusivity, and build stronger relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors, servicing them comprehensively to optimize business performance and growth.
  • Train restaurant staff, collaborate with operations and owners to improve menu displays, share reports, and work with marketing to create promotions and optimize performance.
  • Identify and implement new value-added initiatives, proactively find solutions, and establish exclusive partnerships with key accounts, focusing on targeted monthly growth as a KPI.
  • Ensure DL photography of top key accounts.
  • Handle deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
  • Monitor logistics performance regularly and work on reducing issue and fail rates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, develop tactical plans, manage projects, and address risks and issues.
  • Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving issues, and deploying processes and tools.
  • Maintain visibility and report progress to management.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in account management or directorship.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in presentations and business review processes.
  • Knowledge of food industry operations and costing.
