GSPANN is hiring an Associate Director for the Quality Engineering practice to lead our QA teams in Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram, and Noida. This role demands strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and expertise in quality engineering methodologies and tools.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards of product quality, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to strategic QE initiatives.
  • Lead and manage QA teams, providing strategic direction while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Define and implement testing strategies for automation, functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Oversee testing in cloud environments, implement security testing strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements in automation frameworks, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to uphold quality standards and ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster a high-performance QE team by developing talent and guiding team members through challenges.
  • Establish and track Quality Assurance (QA) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), preparing detailed reports and dashboards to monitor quality outcomes.
  • Implement strategies that reduce testing costs and mitigate risks, focusing on product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive innovation within the QA process by adopting new tools, technologies, and value-added solutions.
  • Develop and manage quality assurance programs that ensure compliance with industry standards while conducting internal audits.
  • Apply critical thinking to address complex challenges and enhance business outcomes.

Skills And Experience
  • 14+ years of experience in QE, with extensive leadership in managing multiple QA teams.
  • Proven expertise in Automation Testing, Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing (including Performance and Security), and Cloud Environment Testing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as API Automation, Selenium, Jira, Quick Test Professional (QTP), JMeter, and Burp Suite.
  • Experience in defining testing strategies, developing security testing frameworks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, emphasizing execution and program QA leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with the ability to present to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus on addressing customer issues and improving product quality.
