Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our solar panels, batteries, and inverter products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, highly motivated, and skilled in driving product sales and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote solar panels, batteries, and inverters.

Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure the brand is represented accurately.

Monitor competition, market conditions, and product developments.

Provide feedback to management on market trends, product features, and customer needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.

3–5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, batteries, or electrical products.

Strong technical knowledge of solar panels, battery systems, and inverters.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lahore.
