We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the product strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Clearly articulate product requirements through user stories, wireframes, and other relevant documentation.
  • Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and direction to development teams, ensuring they have a clear understanding of product goals and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and releases.
  • Conduct market research, analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create collateral, presentations, and campaigns to promote the product.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against established goals.
  • Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communications related to the product.
  • Gather client feedback and coordinate with the development team to implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in product management for software applications or digital products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Experience with project management and product development tools (e.g., Asana, Git, etc.).
