Position Summary:

Provide consistently short-term, finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequencing of materials, in accordance with resource (production lines) and material availability. Ensure material availability to fulfill production plans within the agreed cost boundaries.

A day in the life of a Production Planner at Sheikhupura Factory:

• Create feasible production plans within the DPS period considering available capacity, labor, and materials.
• Identify practical issues such as plant shutdowns and timing of promotional activities within the DPS period.
• Create optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to ensure supply to production.
• Manage delivery of materials directly with defined suppliers.
• Define stock policies and management approaches for each SKU within their portfolio.
• Identify practical issues concerning material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials.
• Engage suppliers in supply chain improvement initiatives to create shared value.

What will make you successful?

• MBA/BE with 2-3 years relevant experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP 'MH Modules.'
• Proven ability to initiate and successfully manage projects.
• Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity.
