Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide short-term, finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequencing of materials, considering resource (production lines) and material availability. Ensure materials are available to meet production plans within cost boundaries.
  2. Create feasible production plans within the DPS period, considering available capacity, labor, and materials.
  3. Identify practical issues related to plant shutdowns and timing of promotional activities within the DPS period.
  4. Develop optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to ensure supply to production.
  5. Manage delivery of materials directly with suppliers.
  6. Define stock policies and management approaches for each SKU within the portfolio.
  7. Identify practical issues concerning material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials.
  8. Engage suppliers in supply chain improvement initiatives to create shared value for Nestlé and its suppliers.

What will make you successful?

  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP "MH Modules".
  • Proven initiative-taking ability with successful project implementations.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity.
