Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. Core requirement for this role is expert fluency and communication skills. He/She will be working and communicating closely with our US clientele to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
• Fluency in English communication is a must; IELTS would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between a U.S.-based client and the company, ensuring proficient English communication.
• Clear and effective communication ensures seamless collaboration, accurate understanding of client expectations, and efficient project execution.
• Provide performance feedback to management based on team reviews.
• Collaborate with sales teams in client discovery calls for custom technical projects and assist in project estimation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance development processes and toolkits.
• Build strong relationships with creative teams, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Define project scope, resource allocation, deadlines, and communication strategies while overseeing testing and maintenance.
• Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and manage change requests effectively.
• Serve as the primary liaison for project updates and ensure smooth handover of completed products with ongoing performance evaluations.

• Highly proficient in fluent English communication.
• Experience in a scrum master role.
• Familiarity with software development.
• Proven experience in influencing and facilitating key discussions.
• Ability to determine design approaches and capability of making estimations and planning.
• Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
• Capable of creating functional designs and interpreting technical designs.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, prioritization).
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP, etc.).
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Scrum master certification is a plus.
