Motion Graphics Designer & UI/UX Specialist (4+ Years of Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer & UI/UX Specialist to join our team. This role combines expertise in user interface/user experience (UI/UX) design, motion design, and web animation to deliver visually stunning and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX designs, incorporating animations for enhanced user experience.
  2. Design and develop animated graphics, interactive web elements, and 3D visual content for web and mobile platforms.
  3. Develop and implement motion graphics for promotional content, presentations, and digital media.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality designs.
  5. Conduct user research to understand behavior and incorporate feedback for continuous improvements.
  6. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.
  7. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, animation, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

  1. UI/UX Design Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for designing interfaces.
  2. Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for still graphics and assets.
  3. Motion Design Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent for creating animations and 3D content.
  4. Web Animation Knowledge: Familiarity with Lottie, CSS animations, or SVG animations for web-based interactive elements.
  5. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in motion graphics and at least 5 years in UI/UX design and Graphic Design.

Education and Certification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Beneficial):

  1. Familiarity with AI tools like MidJourney, Runway ML, or other generative design technologies.
  2. Interest in emerging technologies such as Blockchain or Web3.
  3. Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  4. Knowledge of storyboarding and video editing for content creation.

Soft Skills:

  1. Creative problem-solving with an out-of-the-box mindset.
  2. Strong understanding of design patterns and UI/UX best practices to boost user engagement.
  3. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  4. Adaptability to learn new tools and stay ahead of design trends.
