Visual Effects Artist Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Effects Artist to create computerized animations and special effects for our video media.

  • Create engaging motion graphics and animated experiences across digital content platforms in collaboration with marketing strategy teams.
  • Develop storyboards, graphics, and animations for use on websites, mobile applications, in multimedia presentations, and events.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Web Design Teams to maintain and enhance the visual brand identity.
  • Promote video engagement best-practices across the marketing department, including video optimization for mobile, social, and web.

Maintain an organized repository of digital assets and localize already-produced assets as requested. This role also involves adhering to tight deadlines and production constraints to meet project requirements.

Requirements

To be successful, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer animation, multimedia studies, graphic design, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro).
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing your best work, including motion design and animation examples.
  • Knowledge of 3D motion graphics (VFX/GFX) is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills, attention to detail, and good drawing skills.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
