Job Description:

This role involves managing market functions, people, and administration to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Market Functions:
  1. Territory planning to ensure optimal coverage, infrastructure, visibility, and service levels.
  2. Identify and seize market opportunities by building strong business cases and securing necessary investments.
  3. Engage with distributors to foster collaborative, long-term relationships supporting growth.
  4. Manage trade spends effectively to maximize results through innovative deployment.
  5. Ensure delivery of in-store visibility and execution as per Mars standards using available tools.
People Function:
  1. Lead, monitor, motivate, and drive performance using selling tools and incentive programs.
  2. Coach FSA's on Mars Sales & Distribution systems to enhance productivity.
  3. Implement structured training to continually upskill the FSA team.
  4. Recruit targeted profiles within specific timelines.
Administration:
  1. Ensure timely submission of trade and distributor paperwork, including claims and competitor info.
  2. Coordinate with CFA and Distributors to adhere to PDP and delivery schedules.
