TechUp Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a result-driven, analytical, and experiencedSenior SEO Executiveto lead and execute strategic SEO campaigns across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and leading SEO performance efforts with a data-first mindset.

This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role based at our Multan office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, local, e-commerce and technical)
  • Conduct in-depth site audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap evaluations
  • Optimize site structure, page experience, schema markup, and internal linking
  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and crawl/index performance
  • Oversee and mentor junior SEO staff and coordinate with content, design, and development teams
  • Create and deliver detailed monthly SEO reports and dashboards
  • Work closely with leadership to align SEO performance with overall business goals

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional SEO experience (agency or in-house)
  • Demonstrated success in ranking competitive keywords and increasing organic visibility
  • Strong command of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms
  • Excellent understanding of Google's ranking signals and algorithm updates
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Team leadership, task delegation, and mentoring experience
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and technical implementation best practices

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

  • Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites
  • Google Ads or PPC background
