About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Consultant to join BitSoftSol and guide our digital marketing efforts. We need a strategic thinker who can develop and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that combines SEO, content creation, website optimization, social media, and client outreach.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should be a digital marketing supervisor who can:

  • Develop complete digital marketing strategies from scratch
  • Guide and mentor our team through each step of implementation
  • Combine content creation, website design, social media, and outreach effectively
  • Help improve website rankings and search visibility
  • Create strategies to convert website visitors into paying clients
  • Provide ongoing guidance and oversight rather than hands-on execution
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing roadmaps
  • SEO Leadership: Guide website optimization and ranking strategies
  • Content Strategy: Provide direction for content creation and optimization
  • Team Guidance: Mentor our team on best practices and implementation
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and improve conversion rates and client acquisition
  • Multi-channel Integration: Coordinate efforts across SEO, social media, and outreach
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing strategy
  • Strong background in website optimization and ranking techniques
  • Experience with content marketing and social media integration
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization and client acquisition
  • Ability to guide and supervise marketing teams
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • Results-driven approach with measurable outcomes
