We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. What You'll Do

  1. Assist in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  2. Translate user research and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  3. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  4. Support UX research activities such as usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and competitor analysis
  5. Maintain design consistency across products by using and contributing to the design system
  6. Iterate on feedback from peers, stakeholders, and users to improve the user experience
  7. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work also count)
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
  • Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn from feedback
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (even academic or side projects)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, etc.)
  • Exposure to UX research methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
