Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Social Media & Brand Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of social media strategies that elevate our brand, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role will be the digital voice of our organization, shaping how we show up across platforms and ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact in every interaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative storyteller, and a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of the social landscape and its evolving trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct audience research to identify demographics, behaviors, and content preferences.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Define clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics for campaigns and initiatives.
Content Creation & Management
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (copy, images, video, and multimedia) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube).
  • Maintain a forward-looking social media content calendar.
  • Leverage scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) for efficient publishing.
  • Tailor messaging and creative assets to suit diverse platforms and audiences.
Community Management & Engagement
  • Serve as the primary voice of the brand on social platforms, fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, respond to inquiries, and manage feedback with professionalism.
  • Cultivate strong online communities and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns through social channels.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, native insights, etc.).
  • Translate data into actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to leadership.
Paid Media Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement goals.
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies for maximum ROI.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner with marketing, PR, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in social media best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging social media trends, platforms, tools, and technologies.
QualificationsExperience
  • 4–6 years of experience in social media management, brand strategy, or a related digital marketing role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing social campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns and working with influencers is preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with content design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing software a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong copywriting skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and innovative mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with leadership potential.
