Project Manager

Office Hours: Monday to Friday - 12 PM to 8 PM

As a Project Manager at Flairox, you will play a vital role in leading a team of specialists to provide comprehensive end-to-end management for multiple client brands on Amazon. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, understanding their objectives, and translating those goals to your team. Your responsibilities will encompass developing growth strategies, overseeing day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations. This role is perfect forrecent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in project management, client collaboration, and the dynamic world of e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the agency and clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining regular communication.
• Gain a deep understanding of client goals, brand positioning, and target audience to develop effective strategies.
• Communicate client objectives, requirements, and feedback to internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Develop comprehensive growth strategies for client brands, leveraging market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and Amazon platform developments to capitalize on market changes.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of specialists responsible for executing brand strategies and managing day-to-day operations.
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with various operation departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient execution of strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and campaign performance to evaluate brand performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and agency leadership, providing insights, progress updates, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments for future optimization.
• Take complete ownership of client brands, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Proactively identify potential issues, risks, and opportunities, providing timely solutions and recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose innovative strategies to drive brand success on the Amazon platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and experience managing brands on the platform.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and managing teams to achieve desired results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for building brands and delivering measurable outcomes.

What We Offer?

This is an entry-level position with a salary of up to Rs. 100,000 monthly, depending on experience, qualifications and fit. Additional benefits include performance-based bonuses, paid time off and professional growth opportunities.
