The Division:

Owner Relations, a division of Jonas Software (an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.) provides robust Condo Hotel Software, Owner Accounting and Owner Portal software solutions for Condo Hotels, Fractional Hotels, Residence Clubs, Timeshare Resorts, HOA's and Property Management Companies.

The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

The Position:

We are looking for a Software Developer with expertise in developing robust and scalable solutions using .Net.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hands-on software development experience in an agile environment.
  2. Identify the impact of possible implementation options.
  3. Troubleshoot and fix customer tickets.
  4. Create and maintain unit tests.
  5. Performance improvement and refactoring of legacy code.
  6. Work within deadlines in relation to product release timelines, and consistently complete assigned development tasks in required timeframes.
  7. Follow and contribute to software development processes and standards.
  8. Highlight task-level issues and risks as appropriate and assist in finding solutions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Must have 3+ years of industry experience in building enterprise applications using VB.Net and ASP.Net Web Forms.
  3. Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases especially MS SQL Server.
  5. Good experience of building and working with WCF or REST APIs.
  6. Good knowledge of software development best practices.
  7. Excellent, effective, and clear written and oral communication skills.
  8. Proven ability to resolve complex problems in a pragmatic fashion.
  9. Self-motivated, resourceful, and keen to learn and share knowledge.
