Job Title: Software Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Salary: PKR 40,000 (conditional on achieving 2 sales per month, plus commission thereafter)

Job Description:

As a key member of our dynamic sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge software solutions, which include ERP, HR and payroll, trade and logistics, and POS systems. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, empowering you to manage your schedule and achieve your professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
  2. Product Presentation and Demonstration: Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our software solutions to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs and requirements.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and providing tailored software solutions that drive value.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve a minimum of 2 sales per month to qualify for the base salary, and capitalize on the commission structure by exceeding monthly sales targets.
  5. Customer Service and Support: Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  6. Collaboration and Strategy Development: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Requirements:

  1. Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with common software applications, enabling you to effectively demonstrate our solutions.
  4. Home Office Setup: Own a laptop, have a reliable internet connection, and possess noise-cancellation headphones and a quiet, professional workspace conducive to remote work.
