Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and technically sound Manager – Business Technology to lead IT transformation initiatives, drive innovation, and align digital solutions with business needs.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally to improve performance and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business users to define and refine business requirements for digital transformation.
  • Analyze current processes, identify issues, and propose efficient automated business solutions.
  • Manage ETLs, system integrations, and resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Build and align short-term and long-term IT strategy with overall business goals.
  • Lead evaluations of third-party solutions and vendors for management decision-making.
  • Monitor internal and vendor compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Act as the bridge between IT and business departments to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in IT or software-related roles
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong background in Software Development / System Design / RFP preparation
  • Hands-on experience with application architecture, OS, and databases
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • PMP or other relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
