Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of global IT policies and procedures within their region. They will ensure seamless integration with corporate infrastructure and operations while fostering a customer-centric approach to delivering outstanding levels of service.

  • Ensure country IT teams are focused on providing exceptional customer experiences through efficient and effective IT operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for IT services in the region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Drive business cases for technology initiatives and solutions, demonstrating clear return on investment.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide remote teams towards achieving shared goals. Strong communication and influencing skills will be essential in driving cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • Manage external vendors to deliver technical services in accordance with agreed SLAs.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance and change management processes for the region.
  • Provide thought leadership in IT security audits and mitigation planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing IT systems, infrastructure, and vendors in a matrix MNC environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing multiple customer-facing offices.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively.
