We are hiring for a prestigious family-owned client in the Oil & Gas sector. The company is seeking a dynamic Head of Accounts to lead their finance team and oversee all accounting operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to take on a strategic leadership role within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring the accurate preparation and management of financial statements, reports, and accounts.

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns and assist with audits.

Provide strategic insights into financial performance, advising senior management on financial planning and decision-making.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including external auditors, tax authorities, and internal departments.

Support the senior management team with financial analysis to improve overall business performance.

Supervise the payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries.

Travel to sites in KP and Punjab as required to oversee regional financial activities and operations.

Key Requirements:

Qualification: CA-Finalist / ICMA Qualified / ACCA Qualified (with articles from a renowned firm).

Experience: 1-2+ years in a relevant industry (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Family-Owned Business preferred).

Expertise: Strong financial management, taxation, and leadership skills are essential.

Location: Islamabad/Rawalpindi, with occasional travel to sites in KP and Punjab.
