Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the auto trading industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting our auto trading products and services, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  3. Present and demonstrate auto trading products and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the auto trading industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of auto trading products, services, and market trends is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
