To manage and execute treasury operations, including funds management, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures the efficient handling of financial transactions, accurate reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support the organization's financial health.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily funds management, maintaining sufficient funding for timely payments within defined cut-off times.
  • Manage the renewal of Standby Letters of Credit/Guarantees with banks, including commission calculations and settlements.
  • Prepare stock reports, BBFS/LAF, financial ratios, and other covenants for lenders.
  • Oversee monthly debt funding and repayments to local and foreign lenders.
  • Manage the establishment and retirement of Letters of Credit (LCs) and bank contracts for imports.
  • Apply for and arrange approvals from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for remittances to foreign vendors against technical and legal services.
  • Handle monthly and quarterly reporting to SBP.
  • Manage annual renewals of RF facilities, money market agreements, and financing arrangements with banks.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and accruals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth treasury operations.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

  • Education: MBA, ACCA, ICMA, or any relevant degree.
  • Experience: 6 to 7 years of experience in Treasury.
