Job Overview:

Car Advisers is hiring a Marketing & Digital Campaign Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Business Manager, ad campaigns, social media management, and data tracking tools. The ideal candidate understands how to plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across web and mobile platforms, while leveraging content, analytics, and platform algorithms to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
  • Manage all major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Create and schedule platform-specific content using effective hooks, titles, and thumbnails.
  • Use Meta Ads Manager for creating ad sets, running targeted campaigns, and optimizing conversions.
  • Set up and manage website and app event tracking using Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Troubleshoot campaign tracking and pixel integration issues.
  • Plan and execute ad campaigns with best practices for Urdu and English audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze platform algorithms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) to improve organic and paid reach.
  • Design visual and video content using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Run email and SMS marketing campaigns, including performance tracking and A/B testing.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies and App Store Optimization (ASO) for Android and iOS apps.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners in the automotive industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or automotive.
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, and event-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ad set selection, creative planning, and optimal ad posting times.
  • Proficient in content creation tools and social media campaign execution.
  • Experience with marketing in both English and Urdu languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
