As we scale, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team onsite in Islamabad. This role is key to ensuring our digital campaigns run like clockwork and deliver results that matter.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You'll act as the bridge between the strategy, content, and design teams — making sure everything stays on track, aligned, and data-driven. It's a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves bringing order to creative chaos.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Email).
• Manage campaign timelines, task allocations, and ensure on-time delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Assist in building campaign structures, writing briefs, reviewing creatives, and overseeing ad placements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, graphic designers, and the strategy team to ensure brand alignment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategy and messaging.
• Assist in SEO/SEM tasks, performance ads, influencer outreach, and email marketing initiatives.
• Help manage and maintain the company's website content, landing pages, and digital assets.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing, campaign coordination, or agency role.
• Strong understanding of key digital channels (Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email).
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Attention to detail with a knack for juggling multiple tasks without losing the plot.
• Islamabad-based and available for full-time onsite work.
