About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative – Social Media Manager to join our team at Tech Bridge Consultancy. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while managing our social media presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Engage in proactive outreach, making approximately 70 cold calls and emails daily to realtors, building relationships, and expanding our network.
  • Social Media Savvy: Update and manage our social media platforms, ensuring our brand's voice is consistent, engaging, and informative. Your creativity will drive our online presence, connecting with our audience and keeping them informed.
  • Content Creation: Lead the charge in content creation by producing compelling talking head videos and pioneering our podcast initiative. Your storytelling skills will bring our mission to life, engaging potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Digital Advertising: Design and run digital ad campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise will optimize our reach and impact, driving leads and conversions with strategic targeting and compelling messaging.
