The candidate must have strong knowledge and bidding experience in Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other business portals to generate leads and develop business for our ongoing operations. We have a strong and top-rated profile, having completed over 400 projects. The selected candidate will be bidding on website services, graphic designing, and other related projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to draft proposals/quotations.
- Experience in online bidding and selling services.
- A positive attitude and goal-oriented direction.
- Manage the company profile on these forums and maintain ratings.
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients.
- Able to work under monthly revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to communicate with international clients (mainly US and European).
- Generate leads through Upwork.
- New business acquisition, handling the complete sales life cycle.
- Develop and sustain effective business relationships with clients to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.
- Responsible for lead qualification, proposal drafting, final selection, due diligence, and closing.
- Market research for selling IT services and solutions in different domains.
- Send email campaigns/newsletters and sales & marketing collateral.
- Assist in proposals and presentation preparation.
- Follow-ups.
