Career Consultants Inc is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our marketing and relationship management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of marketers and relationship managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Define sales plans and performance metrics for relationship managers to ensure delivery of desired results.
  • Maximize revenue through available wealth management options such as fixed income, mutual funds, and banc assurance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in branch banking and deposit mobilization.
  • Good knowledge of Islamic banking operations.
  • Proven experience in marketing new accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
