Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to tailor travel experiences to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
  2. Provide expert advice on global travel destinations, attractions, and activities.
  3. Create customized travel itineraries for holiday tours and Hajj and Umrah packages.
  4. Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process.
  5. Stay informed about travel trends, regulations, and industry developments.
  6. Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 Year experience as a Travel Consultant or in any English Campaign.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  5. Passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  6. Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah travel requirements is a plus.
