We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising & Growth Marketing Strategist to lead our advertising initiatives and drive scalable growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has extensive experience running paid campaigns on various ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), developing full-funnel marketing strategies, and using data to make informed decisions that boost ROI and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment between messaging and marketing goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continually improve performance.
  • Manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling growth strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other attribution and tracking platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of customer funnels, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing tactics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in a growth-focused or startup environment is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
