Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Influencer Marketing Specialist to develop and execute effective influencer marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and user acquisition for our financial products.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive user growth.
  2. Identify, recruit, and build relationships with influencers, KOLs, and brand ambassadors across social platforms.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign goals, budgets, and resource allocation.
  4. Plan, manage, and execute influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  7. Oversee branded content creation in collaboration with influencers, ensuring messaging and compliance.
  8. Maintain a content calendar for timely influencer collaborations.
  9. Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies.
  10. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creators in finance and fintech sectors.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably within financial services or fintech industries.
  2. Strong knowledge of influencer strategies, outreach, campaign management, and performance analysis.
  3. Ability to develop and execute impactful influencer campaigns that produce measurable results.
  4. Experience with budget management, negotiations, and ROI evaluation.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain influencer relationships.
  6. Capability to create, review, and edit content that aligns with brand tone and appeals to target audiences.
  7. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Aspire, GRIN, Upfluence) and analytics dashboards.
  8. Creative and strategic thinking with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  10. Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
