We're looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehousing function and ensure smooth inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across two warehouse locations.
  • Ensure items are stored in designated areas with proper labelling and cleanliness maintained.
  • Handle inbound and outbound inventory using our ERP system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team, delivery staff, and loaders (team of 6–7) to manage workflows and transport of goods.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance effectively.
  • Support delivery planning by organizing routes and staying in sync with the sales team and customer contacts.
  • Oversee safe storage and handling of goods, including machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the accounts and audit teams for timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (experience in industrial or automotive sectors is a plus).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems related to inventory control is required.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and basic reporting; able to read and write English clearly.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards.
  • Fluency in Urdu and English, with strong communication skills for team coordination.
