Role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and extensive experience in building Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of best practices about the platform
  • Platform project development life cycle
  • Configuration, customization and designing of declarative/programmatic automations including debugging
  • Integrate platform with other systems using SOAP, Rest APIs and ESB
  • Knowledge of unit test/code coverage classes
  • Supporting, maintaining and documenting functionalities
  • Assists in testing and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to identify the business "technical needs" from specifications and requirements

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, including Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure
  • Proficiency in integrating external marketing tools like HubSpot and ON24, and working with Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, and SQL Server
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Trello
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, causes, and effects to drive meaningful solutions
  • Adaptable and tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning and utilizing new technologies
