Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate existing software development processes across the organization to identify areas for improvement.
2. Assist in implementing best practices and methodologies in project management, quality assurance, and resource management.
3. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, encompassing documentation, process mapping, and training.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management, to identify improvement areas and implement best practices.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
6. Develop metrics for tracking process performance and report progress to management.
7. Conduct regular assessments to identify and address process deviations.
8. Collect and analyze performance data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Good knowledge of software development processes, agile framework, quality assurance, project management, software audit practices, and industry best standards.
3. Good communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
5. Knowledge of DevOps and Power BI dashboards.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
