We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with a strong background in R12 Financials and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle EBS modules across Finance (GL, AR, AP, SLA, EBTAX), Order to Cash (OM, INV, AR), and Procure to Pay (iProc, AP, PO) business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyse requirements across Finance and Supply Chain areas.
  • Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 modules, including GL, AP, AR, SLA, EBTAX, OM, INV, iProc, and PO.
  • Design functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development and enhancements.
  • Perform system configurations, setups, and testing (unit, integration, and UAT).
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, provide resolutions, and support end users.
  • Participate in new implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Provide end-user training and prepare support documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
  • Proven expertise in Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, SLA, EBTAX.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash (OM, INV, AR) and Procure to Pay (iProc, PO, AP) cycles.
  • Experience in full-cycle implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Ability to map business requirements to Oracle EBS functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and procurement workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle certifications in Financials or Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience working with global clients or multi-entity organisations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AIM / OUM methodologies
